Everything does not always go according to plan. If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Received a faulty item?

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with us at shopthemotherland@gmail.com and we will get this sorted for you ASAP. 

 

Need to return something?

Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a tad bit annoying sometimes. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Ugh. At Shop The Motherland, we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

If something not right, let us know and we’ll get it straightened out.

 

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 20 days from the date you received your items to make a return. 

 

Can I exchange something for another item?

Shop The Motherland do not currently offer exchanges - just refunds.

 

What can I return?

Anything you return must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean guys & gals; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All items must have the tags attached.

 

Are there any restrictions?

There are some items that cannot be returned. We do not accept:

  • Underwear or socks.
  • Opened personal care items like soaps and butters.
  • Swimsuit bottoms without hygiene slips.
  • Any items without original packaging, labels and tags.
  • Items that have had the care label cut/removed.
  • Items that were discounted or on sale.

 

What happens after you receive my return?

We will inspect all items thoroughly before any action is taken. We'll also reach out to you to confirm we have received your items and confirm we have processed your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for this.
